GREECE – The event entitled “Supporting small businesses towards a sustainable gastronomic tourism” took place on Wednesday 12 February 2025, at
the Local Culture Promotion Hall, Municipality of Elassona.
Organised in collaboration with AENOL, Society for the Development of Olympos Larissa, the event was organised by the Mediterranean Centre of Environment – Greece.
Over 30 attendees gathered at the Local Culture Promotion Hall in Elassona to discuss the important role of local #gastronomy and small businesses in shaping the future of sustainable gastronomic tourism.

For the Mediterranean Environment Centre, it was an excellent opportunity to present the results of the project “CultourGastronomy”
