CultourGastronomy Transnational Pilot Training in Salamanca!
From 7 to 11 october 2024, the CultourGastronomy course was tested during the Short-term learning activity hosted by USAL, the University of Salamanca, our Spanish partner .
During 5 days, around 19 participants from Bulgaria, Italy, France, Greece and Spain discovered and tested the complete course. Trainers, food producers and tourism providers improved their skills in various topics of gastronomy tourism, sustainable tourism offer and entrepreneurship through lessons, team work and hands-on activities. They could also meet local producers and chefs, and taste the emblematic food products of the area: iberic ham and sheep milk cheese!
Their evaluation and feedback provided partners with essential elements for the improvement of the project results before starting their dissemination!
