CultourGastronomy in Numana!
The event was hold on the 13th of March in the town of Numana, Ancona, and was organized by our partner, Universita Politecnina Delle Marche (UNIVPM). It brought together local food producers, small business owners, tourism professionals, and cultural associations.
We presented the main outputs of the project, with a focus on integrating local gastronomy into sustainable tourism strategies. Participants engaged in discussions about improving guest reception and creating authentic, food-based experiences.
We thank all speakers, partners, and participants for their input and collaboration on sustainable tourism through food and culture.
