On March 22nd, our Bulgarian partner PAX Rhodopica hosted a face-to-face piloting session with 6 excellent representatives of small & family food producers.
The trainer walked participants through Modules 4, 8, and 9 of the course, followed by a vibrant discussion on our Gastronomy & Cultural Heritage Guidebook — because food is not just taste; it’s culture, story, and identity.
