CDE – Petra Patrimonia is the lead partner of CultourGastronomy. The CDE is a business and employment cooperative, committed to supporting new entrepreneurs.
With its FOLIA department, CDE Petra Patrimonia particularly supports new entrepreneurs in the agricultural and agri-food sector. Petra Patrimonia allows business creators to test their activity in real life, and to train both in the field of entrepreneurial skills and the skills necessary to exercise their future professional activity.

The Marche Polytechnic University (Università Politecnica delle Marche) is an Italian university institute based in the city of Ancona, founded in 1969. It was the first Italian university to obtain the Integrated Quality Certification according to the international ISO 9001 standards, therefore the Marche Polytechnic University is a regional reference for the training of Italian and foreign students.
The University offers 5 Faculties: Engineering, Economics, Agriculture, Medicine, Science. Over the years, several branches have been opened in other Marche cities such as Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Macerata, Pesaro and San Benedetto del Tronto.
In the city of Ancona, the university is divided into three poles: Monte Dago, which houses the Faculties of Engineering, Agriculture and Science; Torrette, home of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, next to the Regional Hospital in the Torrette district of the city of Ancona; Villarey, home of the Faculty of Economics, housed in the former Villarey barracks, built in the nineteenth century.
School of economics and business: the bachelor and master degree courses in Economics will educate further professionals in the management of companies and institutions, also operating internationally. The student is provided with adequate general and basic scientific methods, knowledge and professional skills at the level of: administration and management of companies, marketing and management of commercial activities, finance, business organization, international trade, financial intermediaries, management of complex structures in the healthcare sector and more generally the Public Administration.

The Mediterranean Center for the Environment in Greece is a non-profit organization created in 1992 to promote sustainable development and intercultural cooperation in the European Union.
The MCE promotes sustainable local development based on a preserved and enhanced natural and cultural heritage.
We act in 3 main areas: sustainable and alternative tourism; innovative non-formal training; and enhancement of the natural and cultural heritage. Recently we developed Alternative Routes in Greece, a department for new tourism products in rural areas.
For more than 25 years, the MCE has been coordinator or partner of European projects focusing mainly on education & training, eco-citizenship, local sustainable development strategies.

Pax Rhodopica Foundation is a Bulgarian NGO working actively in the field of European cooperation in education and training, including vocational training. It was established in 2016 with the main aim to support the development of businesses and communities through encouragement of entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity and vocational training. In recent years PAX is also actively working in the field of inclusion and integration of people from disadvantaged groups and rural communities. Through supporting and developing training programmes and various local initiatives, PAX is working actively to promote the touristic potential of the rural areas. All PAX activities are based upon the conviction that people and their skills and knowledge are the most critical and essential resource for development of the region.
